days since last panic attack

Hi there.

You might be wondering what this is and if you should be worried about me. In that case thank you for your concern, I appreciate it. And also: I'm fine and currently very much enjoying life. It might look a little grim, but this thing above is a good thing. A sign of my progress and the distance I've gone since I was in a bad place (with maybe a little bit of dark humor mixed in).

If there's one thing i want to you to take away from this, then it's this: Mental health is something we all should take a little more serious. And if you ever find yourself battling bad thoughts, remember that there's never any shame in reaching out and asking for help (even if still isn't easy). We're all in this together :)
